I'm having credit carte du jour issues; it only says continuously that the transaction was not approved for security reasons.
I chatted with alibaba support, one amanuensis gave me the appeal page but the appeal page requires you to select the bill of fare being appealed (of which there are none on file b/c the card is just saved to file after you lot apply it 1 time).
I went back to back up and the next agent said I don't need to do the appeal, they promised to email me something later this evening; no joy.
Been trying to pay all twenty-four hours. Usually the banking company card sends a text if something is suspicious and I can approve but cypher like that.
I've been trying all twenty-four hour period (here it's nighttime as I mail this).
I went back through the thread and I don't encounter a solution. I was ready to upload photo id and cred. bill of fare. picture but again, that page won't work if the carte du jour is not on file. Is this just the alibaba organization being weird?
I know others accept had issues with information technology. I do not want to send a wire transfer. This card works for everything, never fails it's a good menu.

I was only reading something interesting in relation to my banks cc apply overseas.
It states that if a land has a 6 digit pin system then my card volition be declined everyday, I would need to change my cc to 6 digit pin.
Here in oz it'due south a iv digit arrangement.
Not sure if this is relevant or not only I thought I'd share considering I'yard hoping for a smooth transaction.

It declined on me a couple times. And then Amy said apply the appeal which no carte du jour showed up. I uploaded I.D. and card and the next mean solar day information technology was approved. And that was on a weekend.

Mine is grayed out since there is cipher to select on the kickoff field "1. Choose the card for appeal" when yous click it says "no options". So the grade is waiting for that to be selected to ungray the <submit> button.

@Jeremiah In my experience (just placed my order two days ago from xuba), yous have to try different (or possibly the same one, I utilize unlike ones) cards (will get declined of grade) until you lot get a "appeal" push button right after your transaction got declined. But by at present when you lot click the "appeal" push button, y'all will be able to encounter your cards have been saved on file.

Plain, yous are directed to the appealing page direct by the agents you talked to. I guess this could be the reason why y'all tin not see the cards saved. I would advise yous try out making payment multiple times and use different cards until you see that "appeal" thing. My commencement two payment trials were declined and I did not run into the "entreatment" push. Subsequently 3rd try, I appeared. And magically, my first two cards were also saved. Kind of strange.

I understand you merely accept this one card that has enough credit to comprehend the whole order. Only information technology never hurts to try different cards. In my example, in one case I got that "appeal" button and clicked information technology, I can run into all my previous cards (ii declined cards without "entreatment" push + one declined with appeal button) just showed up in the drop-downwards bill of fare. I would recommend you do the same. Possibly our Platinum carte du jour will appear magically after you become that "appeal" push. And then your can upload your ID and pic of your platinum menu to appeal that carte. Just a suggestion.

And BTW, you lot can mark out sensitive info on our ID, like your DOB and some other info. I believe Alibaba only need your proper name and your address to exist matching with the info for your lodge. At least it is like this in my case. I know giving out names and addresses is even so a business organization to some. But it's better than sending the entire ID epitome out.

Ah got it. Thanks. I wish I had known that about marking out sensitive data. Ironically, the address on the DL is different since I moved since then.

If its not shipping to your home address thats a large red flag and thats probably the problem.

Ever since the USA started a trade war with People's republic of china, I've seen many Chinese sellers no longer willing to transport to USA that previously did. I was Verified on Alibaba for years until the recent United states spat with the Chinese government over COVID-nineteen. Now, when I attempt to re-verify, it says that I tin't due to inappropriate acquit. Information technology doesn't say what it was. I've always paid in full for what I've purchased immediately. I'1000 no conspiracy theorist, but I as well know how Asian governments; particularly China; use soft power to put the squeeze on those it doesn't regard favorably. That said, y'all might attempt using PayPal.

OK so I followed this since it seems similar your situation is closest to mine. I just tried to pay with a different menu (which I knew would fail as it has no loot on it), then I tried to pay once more with the Platninum bill of fare, only to emulate the pattern of success which you had Greg. And so here'due south my question, that Entreatment folio, there is no link to it form the payment failed folio.
I take the link because the 1st support agent at Alibaba gave me the link when I asked for information technology.
So here I uploaded once again my D.L. and C.C. pic to that page, but since there is no card on file the <submit> button is grayed out. How did you get past that? (see bottom of pic, no way to click submit). Thank you in advance!
