First-class, tender, eazy, and fast. Added cabbage,carrots, and potatoes at finish of beef melt time. Cooked cabbage, potatoes, carrots in beef goop. Cooked in pressure cooker 10 minutes -- 7 minutes potatoes and carrots, three minutes cabbage. All came out excellent. Used spice packet.

The but matter I would change, is something I learned a long fourth dimension agone. Cut your corned beefiness into the size of chicken thighs, and put in the pressure cooker with fat side up. The corned beef are now in individual servings and, when chilled, are very, very easy to slice.... !!Erin go braugh!!

I'm merely experimenting with a new pressure cooker. This made a very skilful brisket. I like a trivial crust, then after pressure level cooking, put it nether a brioler for about 5 minutes on each side.

This recipe was delicious. The pressure cooking fabricated the corned beefiness and so tender. I was surprised that they said to throw abroad the spice parcel just the flavor was delicious. I have always used the slow cooker for corned beef but this is my new go to.

I cooked a 2-1/2 lb. corned beefiness brisket point. Fatty side downwards with all juice from package with half of seasoning packet and 7 whole garlic cloves. An hour and half in Ninja instant cooker and let sit an boosted 15 minutes earlier releasing pressure. OMG! Fantastic and fork tender! Cipher else was added. Like shooting fish in a barrel.

I'm just experimenting with a new pressure cooker. This made a very good brisket. I like a little crust, so after pressure cooking, put it under a brioler for about 5 minutes on each side.

Very good and not overdone. I must admit I didn't like the beer season, merely that may be because I used a stout. Adjacent fourth dimension I'll try an ale. Nice tender meat.

This recipe seems to simple to exist proficient, but my married man and I were both amazed by how only a couple of ingredients combined tastes then skilful. Nosotros followed the recipe EXACTLY the first time with a 4-4.5 lb corned beefiness. The 2d time we made this with another four-4.5 lb corned beef we added just a few favorite spices (like smoked paprika) that would not overwhelm the beer. The second time I fabricated this I was pressed for fourth dimension and so I set the force per unit area cooking time for 1 60 minutes, and then let it sit down in the pot until husband was dwelling house from work, which ended upwardly existence over twenty mins NP. Worked fine, and I may practice that from at present on. And Exercise Not ADD SALT!!! Read about Corned Beef... it is salt cured!

Used water instead of beer, just did everything else. Came out PERFECT - sturdy plenty to cut proper slices, but then fork-tender shredded bits.

I fabricated this in the instapot and it came out perfect. I used a local ipa called Seahag which is very hop and citrus flavored ale and the taste it gave the meat was a perfect remainder. Definitely a keeper

love corned beef with all the vegies and without . The pressure cooking method is and then much faster and even the simmer method is so keen! Have always been a favorite of mine.

Cooked mine for an hr & let it NPR for 45 min, turned out fall apart tender. Later a while, the outside started drying out. Perchance a fiddling less NPR next time. Definitely would non recommend cooking it the full 1.5 hrs unless maybe change the force per unit area setting?

offset fourth dimension using my new instant pot. meat was juicy and tender, not a big fan of the onion and garlic powder. wanted more traditional corned beef flavour. side by side time i'll use the enclosed spice pack and omit the other seasonings. the beer however was a nice addition.

Using the pressure cooker method turned out but as good as the much longer slow cooker. Pressure and the beer worked well together. I still added the spice packet that came with the corned beef. This method did have the full 90 minutes in order to end the beef. Excellent result!

So tender and succulent! VERY important to permit the roast rest properly earlier slicing or you'll have shredded meat. It will taste expert but unless you desire it shredded permit it residual at least 20 mins.

Followed the recipe exactly but the meat turned out really tough and super chewy. Ate it just so I wouldn't waste product an expensive piece of meat with lots of horseradish on the side. So disappointed!
